We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
Italian Footwear Solutions will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Orders will be processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving an order is approximately 7 working days. Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day. We charge a fixed rate of AED 30 for domestic orders and approx AED 200 to 300 for international orders depending on the weight of the package. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your local authority for more details. We ship via a trusted local & international courier company. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment. Its the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your orders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds but we offer store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase. Items should be returned new, unused, and with Italian Footwear Solutions tags still attached. Return or exchange request emails should be sent to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid. Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
